Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression therapy is a gentle, non-surgical treatment designed to relieve pressure on the discs, facet joints, and nerves of the lower back. By applying a carefully controlled traction force, decompression creates space within the spinal column — allowing herniated or bulging discs to retract and enabling degenerated discs to absorb the fluid and nutrients they need to heal. This therapy is particularly beneficial for patients suffering from degenerative disc disease, disc bulges or herniations, lumbar facet arthropathy, sciatica, and chronic low back pain.
