Dr. Christopher McKeown is proud to be homegrown in Kenner, where he attended Bonnabel High School. He continued his education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earning his bachelor’s degree in microbiology in 2009.

He then went on to fulfill a lifelong goal by attending Life University in Marietta, Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. McKeown holds certification in whiplash and traumatic brain injuries from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, reflecting his advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of complex injury cases.

His lifelong mission has been to return home and serve the community that shaped him. That vision became a reality when he was given the opportunity to carry on the legacy of Dr. Freeman Garrett, who retired after more than 52 years of dedicated chiropractic care.
