Low Level Laser
Low-level laser therapy — also known as cold laser therapy — uses targeted light energy to penetrate deep into the body's tissues and restore normal cellular function. Rather than generating heat, cold laser works at the cellular level to improve metabolism, enhance circulation, and accelerate tissue repair. It is particularly effective for soft tissue injuries, shoulder and rotator cuff conditions, elbow pain, hand discomfort, and chronic knee and ankle problems
